Hi GO Girls!
So with starting the new job and all I kinda blew it this week, but made a point to write down every last thing that I ate. Made it to the grocery store this weekend to stock up on lots of fruit & veggies and made my favorite WW recipe. Wanted to share: http://www.weightwatchers.com/food/rcp/index.aspx?recipeid=51438

Also, I got some of those Mio water drops...I got the sweet tea & it really tastes like sweet tea but no calories and no funky aftertaste. I waste a lot of calories on sweet drinks.

  1. Glad to hear from you! Yeah...when you write everything down it makes a huge difference. I have the app Loseit and it's great for tracking calories. Good luck this week.
    I was at my parents this week and ate hot dogs, coconut cake, fried catfish, smores & lots of other junk! Tomorrow it's HELLO GYM!
    Gotta get back on track!
